Room Reservations

We’re excited to pilot our “Room Reservations!”

Room reservations are for anyone at Alchemy who has a current, active pass. Now that we have several rooms (and not all of them are in use yet!), we’d love to offer our regulars an opportunity to reserve the space for troupe practices, creating choreography, practicing your teaching skills, and more!

Here are some FAQs:

  • Can I invite someone else? Yep! But for liability reasons, anyone coming with you must someone with an active pass: a troupe member, member member, staff, or have an active punch. Anyone joining you has to be added to the customer list (you can add when you’re booking). You can add up to 3 additional people in the Beige room and 13 in the Berry room.

  • What’s the cancelation policy? Room Reservations can be canceled 48 hours in advance without a penalty, your booking payment will be refunded to your account to be used in the future. If you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation, you will NOT get a refund or credit. No exceptions, so sorry!

  • How’s a Room Reservation different from a rental? Room reservations are different than rentals because they’re staffed, are only to our current members, and can’t be booked on a recurring basis. You’re still under the Alchemy umbrella with a room reservation. Someone renting is a completely separate entity from Alchemy of Movement—they need their own insurance, they accept full responsibility financially and legally for whatever event they are holding, are responsible for cleaning & closing up, and cannot use the Alchemy name, brand, or likeness.
